Information We Collect

We collect account information (email, name) when you register, SOP content you create and save, and anonymized usage analytics.

SOP content is processed by our AI backend to generate documents. Public marketplace SOPs are visible to other users. We do not sell personal data.

SOP generation requests are sent to our configured AI provider (OpenAI or self-hosted Ollama). Process descriptions are not used for model training.
